Spreading God’s Fame and Training Others to Do the Same
By God’s grace, the Huffstutlers seek to fully establish churches for the glory of God by evangelizing the lost, equipping the saints for the work of the ministry, and entrusting the Word to faithful disciples.
We are involved in evangelization by either planting new churches or working with already established churches that need our help. Kenyan churches often need much help in the equipping of their congregation. Resources are scarce, quality theological materials are almost non-existent. A biblical philosophy of church life is a great need. We seek to entrust God’s Word in a deep and long lasting way by encouraging deeper theological study and disciple making with churches. To further our efforts, we develop and promote bible-based discipleship materials that churches can use in their maturing efforts. Finally, we work with national pastors and churches to develop quality, scholarly theological training for church leaders, and aspiring leaders. Practically, this takes place during bible conferences, formal theological training, and many other events.
“And He gave…evangelists,…pastors and teachers, for the equipping of the saints for the work of service, to the building up of the body of Christ; until we all attain to the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a mature man, to the measure of the stature which belongs to the fullness of Christ.”—Ephesians 4:11-13
